MEET DR. CORY WURMAN
Dr. Cory Wurman received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. He subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Prior to opening W Dental, Dr. Cory Wurman worked as an associate across the GTA for several years. Through practice and residency, he has honed his skills, performing various specialized procedures including the placement and restoration of dental implants, extraction of all teeth i.e. impacted wisdom teeth, root canal treatments, emergency treatments and cosmetic dentistry.

For as long as I can remember, dentistry has played a big role in my life.
Since both my parents and my brother, Dr. Cory Wurman, are dentists, my friends and colleagues always assumed I was pre-destined to be one as well. It was my parents’ love of helping people and their passion for the profession that inspired me to follow suit and pursue a dental career myself.
After graduating from Western University with an Honours Specialization in Psychology, I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. Immediately after graduation, I moved to New York City to advance my education and training in a General Practice Residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital.
