Dr. Wurman received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. He subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Prior to opening W Dental, Dr. Wurman worked as an associate across the GTA for several years. Through practice and residency, he has honed his skills, performing various specialized procedures including the placement and restoration of dental implants, extraction of all teeth i.e. impacted wisdom teeth, root canal treatments, emergency treatments and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Wurman is an active member of the Alpha Omega Dental Society and the Ontario Dental Association. He is also a known volunteer within his community. His strong desire for helping people stems from watching and learning from his parents at a young age, both of them are dentists and active members of the community.
Dr. Wurman is passionate about dentistry and is always looking for unique ways to enrich his patients’ dental care in the most effective, modern and minimally invasive manner. Dr. Wurman loves getting to know his patients and learning about their concerns. In response, he is able to provide strategic, pragmatic and customized treatment plans that extend beyond the borders of conventional dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Wurman enjoys spending time with his family, friends and wife, Tiffany. He also enjoys running, skiing, playing tennis, exploring our beautiful city and travelling abroad.
